Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological nursing intervention on elderly patients of general surgery.Methods 100 cases general surgery in elderly patients according to whether the implementation of preoperative psychological nursing intervention were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,50 patients in both groups were given routine preoperative preparation and care,the intervention group on this basis,the implementation of comprehensive psychological care interventions were compared before and after intervention in patients with Zung's self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)change.Results Through the implementation of targeted measures of psychological nursing intervention,1h before surgery in elderly patients with different mental state improved significantly:the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group,theχ2 test,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Which occurs in patients with anxiety and depression SDS,SAS scores,the two groups before intervention SDS,SAS scores were compared,no significant difference;intervention group SDS,SAS scores were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion The psychological care through targeted intervention can significantly improve the general surgery in elderly patients state of mind,so that patients with the best physical condition and mental state to undergo surgery,is conducive to the disease soon.
