Abstract

Method:To determine the content of celifixine by HPLC, the HPLC system consisted C18 column (6.0×150mm), (340:160) mixture as mobile phase ,with detection at 254 nm.Result: The linear range was 0.144 mg/ml~0.280 mg/ml (r=0.9999),The mean recovery was 99.8%,RSD= 0.20%(n=3). The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
