Abstract

The main structure of motorized spindle is introduced. The finite element model based on 260XDJ12 turning/ milling machining center is established. In order to acquire the natural frequency, vibration mode and critical speed, ANSYSWorkbench is applied to modal analysis of motorized spindle. And analytical results obtained by the vibration experiment proves the design rationality of the motorized spindle.
