Abstract
This paper describes the impact of high-speed spindle vibration characteristics of dynamic response of the inherent ability and dynamic stability of the dynamics.with high-speed high-power milling spindle machining centers for the study, using finite element software ANSYS Workbench spindle modal analysis research spindle mode natural frequency and critical speed access to electricity and the natural frequencies and vibration spindle type.Pointed out that the spindle away from the anti-vibration frequency of requests and the former bearing stiffness and damping of the spindle system vibration.Through the modal analysis for further provide the necessary basis for dynamic analysis.
