Abstract

Using the conventional meteorological data and the brief rainstorm forecast factor program, rainstorm process on June 1,2014 in Bengbu City,Anhui Province was analyzed, the unstable energy shear line, low layer of warm air,the strong convergence of sufficient release are elements of the formation of heavy rain, the heavy rain forescast program prediction was forecasted.
