Abstract
Molecular markers of random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) were used to determine the DNA polymorphism in 4 varieties of sorghum[S.bicolor(L.) Moench].18 primers had been used, and got 54 RAPD bands.23 RAPD bands revealed polymorphism when compared one with one among 4 varieties.By group analysis, found that although the four varieties had small difference, they could be classified clearly.
