Pertinent Mental Nursing Treatment of Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and Clinical Significance

Abstract

Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression of patients with chronic hepatitis B and use targeted psychological counseling care treatment evaluation on chronic hepatitis B patients anxiety and depression state. Methods 260 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group with 126 cases and control group with 134 cases. The treatment group received conventional treatment combined with the psychological counseling and treatment,while the control group with routine liver protective and daily care and treatment. The effect of hepatitis B patients general condition questionnaire,self rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) and self rating Depression Scale( SDS) were adopted for clinical investigation of patients with chronic hepatitis B,then comparison was on patients' anxiety,depression and anxiety before and after treatment in the two groups. Results There was no difference in anxiety and depression of the two groups( t = 0. 98,P 0. 05). After the targeted psychological counseling and treatment,anxiety and depression in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group,differences being statistically significant( t = 5. 35,P0. 01). Conclusion For patients with chronic hepatitis B,targeted psychological counseling can significantly decrease the incidence rate of anxiety,depression,improve the psychological state of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
