Abstract
Objective Evaluation of serum AFP CA19- 9 in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B Patients in varying degrees of value. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 789 cases of varying degrees of chronic hepatitis B patients and 123 healthy people,serumAFP,CA19- 9's. Results chronic hepatitis B patients with serum AFP,CA19- 9 positive rate than healthy people( P 0. 05),and positive rate increased with the severity of the heavier( P 0. 05). Conclusion The serum AFP,CA19- 9 was significantly higher for the important diagnostic value in patients with chronic hepatitis B,serum AFP,CA19- 9 level will vary with the severity of the change, the dynamic changes should be closely monitored.
