Abstract

OBJECTIVE To discussion the change of the level of AFP,CA125,CA199 in serum of chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis patients.METHODS The quantity of AFP,CA125,CA199 were detected by chemiluminescence′s.It contained 65 cases of chronic hepatitis B,83 cases of cirrhosis(including 39 cases without ascites and 44 cases with ascites) and 54 cases of healthy people.RESULTS The AFP levels in serum of chronic liver diseases patients was statistically higher than that of the healthy control group,(P25-P75 medians were 15.6,17.3μg/L,P0.05) especially in that of patients with ascites(P25-P75 median was 34.8μg/L,P0.05).The rise of the AFP levels was only found in serum of few patients(P25-P75 medianwas 14μg/L,P0.05).There was no big difference between chronic liver diseases patients and normal people. The CA125 levels in serum of cirrhosis patients was higher than that of the healthy control group, especially in that of patients with ascites(P25-P75 median was 391.1μg/L,P0.05),but not in the serum of chronic hepatitis B.CA199 level in serum of chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis patients(P25-P75 median was 32.2,43μg/L,P0.05)was higher than that of healthy control group.CONCLUSION The AFP levels in serum of chronic liver diseases patients is higher than that of the healthy control group, and can be used as a consulting factor of the injury of liver. The level of CEA in serum has no consulting value in weighting the worsened of chronic hepatitis B.The mount of CA125 has close relationship with ascites.CA199 may be used as consulting factors in evaluating the worsened chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis.
