Abstract

With the development of transgenic crops, the security of selectable marker gene in transgenic crops has been concerned extensively, and how to culture the selectable marker-free transgenic plants has become the emphasis of transgenic engineering. Some principle and overseas or domestic progress of culturing the selectable marker-free transgenic plant were surmmarized.
