Abstract

With the development of transgenic crops, the curity of selectable marker gene in transgenic crops has been corcerned extensively and how to culture the selectable marker-free gene plants has become the emphase of transgenic engineering. There are many methods that can eliminating the selectable marker gene.We surmmarize here the principle and method of co-transformation in addition to the recent developmentau over the world.
