Investigation of the child's heart right atrioventricular valve type

Objective To observe the child's right atrioventricular,in order to offer anatomic parameters for diagnosing and treating disease.Methods The hearts of 135 children who were 1 day to 15 years old were measured for the shapes and dimensions of the main value and vice-value.Results The main value was divided into two-sharp types,three-sharp type,four-sharp type and five-sharp type.The main value was divided into inner values,anterior valves,posterior valves,outer valves,posterior-inner valves,anterior-outer valves and posterior-outer valves.The shape of the main valve was divided into the triangle,semiellipse,half of arcular shape,rectangle and trapezium.40 examples contained vice-valve,33 of which had two vice-valves,and 7 examples contained one vice-valve.The vice-valve was divided into anterior-inner vice-valves,posterior-inner vice-valves,anterior-outer vice-valves and posterior-outer vice-valves.The right atrioventricular wreath shape contained the oval,circular,triangle and the kidney form,among them,the oval is the most.Conclusion The main valve and vice-valve all have explicit position.They can seal off the transportation between the ventricle and atrium,and make blood not adversely flow into the atrium.Understanding the right atrioventricular valve type can be provided as a kind of reference when taking surgical operation.
