Abstract
Objective To observe results of injection treatment of lumbar disc herniation inside and outside.Methods 70 discs of 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with oxygen-ozone gas inside and outside guided by CT.The therapeutic effect was assessed with the standards MauVab.Results 62 patients with disc herniation were followed-up 3 months after the treatment.There were 25 cases(41.1%) with excellent results,33 cases(53.2%) with good results and 4 cases(6.9%) with poor results,which were without any case of bone marrow,nerves,dural sac,blood vessels,bowel injury,and other serious complications.The excellent rate was of 93.1%.Conclusion The treatment is an ideal method for lumbar disc herniation with the promotion of a certain value.
