My View on the Construction of Reading Rooms at Normal Colleges

The department reading-room at college, an important part of the college library, is the base for providing teaching and research with necessary data, the information center of specialized literature and materials for the department as well as the stage for teachers and students of the department to “replenish themselves”. Thus the issue of how to construct the reading rooms at various departments at college has become extremely urgent at the present time of informationlization. This paper attempts to touch upon the construction of readings rooms at college in terms of book-collection in the reading rooms, in-depth service and collaborative construction with the college library.
