Study on Concept of Ecological Irrigation District and It's Construction Measures

Abstract
Ecological irrigation district plays an important role in social and economic development in our country.This paper reviews the development process of irrigation district construction in our country,analyzes the development conceptions of irrigation district construction under different history conditions and the main characteristics of traditional irrigation district construction under the guidance of these conceptions,and puts forward a new concept of ecological irrigation district according to the new situation that irrigation district construction is restricted by ecological environment.So,ecological irrigation district is the development trend in irrigation district construction.This paper discusses the connotation,characteristics,construction principle and construction content of ecological irrigation district,and points out the development direction of ecological irrigation district research and application to provide theory reference for the irrigation construction in the new situation in China.
