Abstract
Objective Of varying degrees of chronic heart failure(CHF)in patients with cardiac arrhythmias and heart rate variability(HRV)changes and clinical significance. Methods Use 24h Holter monitoring 67 cases of patients with varying degrees of chronic heart failure(CHF group)and 30 healthy people(control group),the arrhythmia and HRV in time domain and frequency domain were analyzed. Results CHF group heart function at all levels were the highest occurrence of premature ventricular contractions, time domain and frequency domain indices were lower than the control group(P0.05),and with the higher occurrence of premature ventricular contractions decreased heart function,HRV values lower, the more obvious autonomic dysfunction, and cardiac function consistent with the extent of damage. Conclusion CHF patients with varying degrees of premature ventricular contractions main,HRV indicators to reflect the functional status of patients with autonomic nervous system, joint detection can improve the assessment by the severity of CHF,the prognosis and early intervention.
