Process model of the SAVE integration styled conceptual design

Abstract

Take the process of conceptual design provided by systematized designing theory as a frame, let the axiomatic design, functional base and its integration of effect to form the process model of the SAVE integration styled conceptual design and to be applied to define the principle solution that satisfies the function of requirements during the stage of conceptual design. This model is not only suitable for the conceptual innovation of new product but also suitable for the improvement design of the existing products. A living example of the conceptual innovation design for the quick cut-off valve indicates the effectiveness of the above stated model.
