Existing problems and improved measures of MGW150-W coal shearer

Abstract

The paper introduced the application features of MGW150-W coal shearer.With the analysis on the hydraulic system of the coal shearer and in combined with the analysis on the poor lubrication and the easy failure of the main oil pump occurred from the actual application,the causes of main oil pump failure for the coal shearer ware found.A technical reconstruction for the haulage system of the coal shearer was completed.
