For the breakout occurred after Benxi BSP put into operation,discussed the reasons for breakout.through analysis of the thermalmap and breakout prevent system;modificated process parameters;strickly control composition and temperature of steel,operation of casting,mould powder behavior.the rate of the breakout has been reduced effectively.
