The Valuation of Cervical Conization in The Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasis

Objectine:To explone the valuation of cervical conization in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasis (CIN).Methods:Fourty nine patients with cervical intraepithelial treated by cervical conization in our hospital were collected.The pathological results by cervical conization were compared with the cytolgical results and the pathological ones by colposcopic multiple biopsy.Results:The number of patieuts treated by cervical conization were increasing every year.The cytological results were accordant with the pathological ones of calposcopic multiple biopsy in 29 cases (59.2%).In 18 cases (36.7%)the pathological results of cervical conization were accordant with the ones of colposcopic multiple biopsy. In the other 31 cases (63.3%),the pathological results of cerviacal conization were not accordant with the ones of colposcopic multiple biopsy.Among the 31 cases,6 cases pathological results of cervical conization were in higher grade them those of colposcopic multiple biopsy,other 25 cases results were lower.Conclusion:Cervical conization plays a very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasis,especially for the cases with donbtful examination results.With the increasing number of the patients with CIN and cervical cancer in young women. Cervical conization become mone and mone important.
