Abstract
Objective To study the effects of kurorinone on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods One hundred twenty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into group A and B. Sixty patients in group A received kurorinone for 6 months.However,60 patients in group B received thymosin. Results At the end of treatment,ALT recovery and HBeAg,HBV DNA negative-transformed rates were 85.00%, 31.67% and 33.33% in group A,while 61.67%,15.00% and 16.67% in group B(P0.05);HA,LN,IVC and TGF-β were 133.26± 43.82 , 146.45 ±21.62,75.34±25.26 and 5.56±2.36 in group A,while 151.10±43.04,158.15±32.22,86.33±24.82 and 6.64±2.27 in group B, (P0.05).Conclusion Superior to thymosin, kurorinone is more efficient to inhibit HBV and could reverse the process of live fibrosis and improve live function.
