Curative Effect Investigation on Treating arrhythmia in Heart Disease puerarin

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of puerarin on treating arrhythmia in Coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:78 cases suffered from CHD with arrhythmia were divided randomly into two groups.The test group(group A) was treated by puerarin,while the control group(group B) treated by the injection of Danshen co..The DCG was cheked and The clinical syndrome was observed before and after treatment.Results: The curative effect on treating arrhythmia was 69.05% and the efficiency in improving clinical syndrome was 85.71% in puerarin group. Compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect was significantly better than that in test group( P 0.01). Conclusion:Puerarin have sure curative effect on arrhythmia in CHD.
