Abstract
Objective To analyze the crude fiber, crude fat, crude sugar in E.rutaecarpa and E.teticellata from five different regions. Methods The nutrient components in Evodia rutaecarpa from different regions were determined by gravimetric and spectrophotometric method. Results The results showed that the crude fiber, crude fat, crude sugar in E.lenticellata were more than those in Evodia rutaecarpa, which were 15.59%,12.90% and 1.34%,respectively.In different regions the mineral elements had no significant difference. In the five mineral elements, the content of Ca was more than others and the content of Cu was less than others. Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa and E.lenticellata have nutrient and medical values, which imply good commercial prospects.
