Abstract
【Objective】To study the prevention of skin damage caused by radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Genetime.【Methods】80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided randomly into observation group(40 cases, nursing with skin proteetant during radiotherapy) and contrast group(40 cases, nursing routinely). The skin damage incidence in two groups was compared.【Results】The skin damage incidence in observation group is significantly lower than that in contrast group(P 0.01).【Conclusions】Genetime can significantly decrease skin damage incidence caused by radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal Carcinoma.
