Clinic Analysis of Treatment on the unstable angina pectoris with Indobufen and clopidogrel

Objective To investigate the effects and safety of Xinbei-indobufen and clopidogrel in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into experiment group(n=34) and control group(n=34).The patients in experiment group were given anti-platelet indobufen and clopidogrel,in control group were given aspirin and clopidogrel for 4 weeks.The frequency and duration of unstable angina pectoris were compared between pre and post treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between experiment group and control group.Results After treatment,the frequency and duration of unstable angina pectoris in both groups were lower than before(P0.05).The overall curative effects were similar in patients of the two groups(P0.05).But the experiment group was safe then control group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy were similar in patients with unstable angina pectoris between Xinbei-indobufen、clopidogrel and aspirin、clopidogrel,but the aspirin and clopidogrel was more safe.
