Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Clopidogrel used for unstable angina pectoris.Methods 203 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given routine treatment,and control group was added to therapy of Aspirin,experimental group was added to therapy of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel.Results The excellent rate of experimental group was 71.6%,total effective rate was 92.2%,,it showed significantly better clinical effect(P0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel used in treatment of unstable angina pectoris,can significantly improve the life quality of patients and enhance clinical effect,so it is a desirable treatment method for patients.
