Complementation and Transcendence of Mencius' and Xunzi's Management Thoughts

With the development of the Confucian's management ideas,Mencius' and Xunzi's management thoughts have different contents.Mencius emphasized the introcontrol management by moral based on the assumption that human nature is good,and Xunzi emphasized the extrocontrol management by law and rite based on the assumption that human nature is evil.The introcontrol management thought has its obvious theoretical dilemma,while the extrocontrol management thought has its prominent practical embarrassment.When we transcend the unilateral view of Mencius' and Xunzi's management thoughts,we find that both of them can mutually complement and transcend,forming a general management model of the Confucian school,which is based on the fusion of good and evil in the human nature assumption.
