Abstract
To solve the population problems in China at present,we must sufficiently comprehend the developmental goal of individual average and quantifiaction and put emphasis on the solution of rural population and family planning.This is the important problem which is related to the economic and social development.The practice of China population and family planning has demonstrated that as one of China's basic nantional policies,the implementation of family planning is the most forceful measure to deal with the polution problem in China.
