Analysis of Effect on Acupotomy Massage in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect on acupotomy massage in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 80 scapulohumeral periarthritis patients according to the different therapeutic were divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were given massage treatment, on this basis, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. Results The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 95%, the control group was 75%, the difference was statistically significant between the groups comparison(P0.05). Pain scores has decreased significantly after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The acupotomy massage in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the curative effect, relieve pain, and is worthy of popularization and application.
