Abstract
The paper analyses the basic connotation and relation between food security and cultivated land resources security.Cultivated land resources security is the base of food security,and food security may promote cultivated land resources security improving.It upgrades the degrees of food security and cultivated land resources security through the import of grain,carring out the strategy of land readjustment,strengthening the grain main production area construction,the application of agricultural science and technology.
