Abstract
Objective:To study a new system of determining trace cobalt(Ⅱ).Methods:Catalytic spectrophotometry. Results:Cobalt(Ⅱ) in NaOH can catalyze the discolouring oxidation of 3,5-dibromosalicylfluorone(DBSF) by H 2O 2,a new method for determining trace cobalt(Ⅱ) was established. The detection limit of the method is 8.7×10 -13 ?g/ml and the range of determination is 0~4?ng/10?ml.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and selectivity.Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace cobalt(Ⅱ) in VB 12 .
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
