Abstract
From the background of nurse education development in the world,combining with school characteristics,in the process of talent cultivation of nurse specialty,Shanghai Sibo Vocational and Technical College paid attention to cultivate students' professional skills quality as well as professional qualities,strengthened pursuing knowledge,pursuing skills,pursuing occupation,pursuing quality and humanities quality education,built three curriculum blocks including specialty theory teaching courses,practice teaching courses and moral education quality courses,designed the curriculum organization model of big specialty and small specialization,etc.
