Abstract
As the product of history and the represent of city, the ancient city wall is a kind of culture tourism resource with huge potential value. However, the tourism development of city wall is on the elementary stage. How to exploit and utilize it is a problem deserved researching. The exploiting and using of the city wall is discussed with the case of Linhai city.
