Abstract
As the product of history and the represent of city,the ancient city wall was a kind of culture tourism resource with huge potential value.However,the tourism development of city wall was on the elementary stage.How to exploit and utilize it according to the tourists' demand nowadays was a problem deserved researching.The exploiting and using of the city wall was discussed in this paper with the case of Linhai City.
