Abstract
In School Management,it is emphasized that in order to strengthen the teaching effect and develop college adult students′ ability,teaching should keep innovative.Therefore,efforts should be made in the following aspects: innovating teaching conception so as to promote the development of students,updating teaching material so as to improve the teaching efficiency,adopting new teaching methods so as to achieve knowledge transfer.
