Evaluation and Analysis on Current Condition of Sports Scientific Research Field

Abstract

This paper reviews the important institutions,journals,papers,works and authors in the field of sports according to their publication and citations through research data of Chinese Social Sciences of Nanjing University during 1998-2002. Based on these statistics and analysis, we can objectively evaluation on condition of sports research and predict the developing tendency and characteristics of sports research in the future.
