Abstract

The development of medium and small-sized enterprises involves not only scientific and strict routine management but also far-sighted strategic thought among which financial strategy is of great importance for them.Upon analyzing the business capacity,outer environment and financial characteristics,this paper discusses some basic train of thoughts on the financial strategy of medium and small-sized enterprises.
