Analysis of Financial Management Mode of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

The small and medium-sized enterprise is a large gathered group. They make great contribution to the national economic development. Many of them are absorb in sales and market share, but ignored the most important position of financial management in medium-sized enterprises, therefore the financial risk management reflects not enough. This paper takes domestic small and medium-sized enterprise as the main body, explores the composition of enterprise financial management mode, analyzes the current status and a series of problems for financial management structure, gets some measures to improve and enhance the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprise.
