Abstract
From city center to suburb area, emphasis of Shanghai city construction undergoes a slow change. Planning distribution of suburbindustry becomes the key to the urbanization of Shanghai suburb area. The paper investigates the economic development, industry ourput ofJiading District of the past ten years, and proposes that systematic research should be strengthened, at the same time, master plan of suburbindustry should go along.
