Abstract

The urban development and construction in Shanghai has been noticed by the world in 1990's.This Paper chooses one district in Shanghai's urban center,analyzes and deduces the periodicity,scale,constitution,intensity,and distribution of the construction projects,discusses the features of the urban development and the problems of planning.
