Abstract
In order to evaluate the uncertainty of the results, the lead of the samples were measured and audited.According to the analysis, the corresponding mathematical model with using atomic absorption spectrometry was established to determination of lead in the food.Uncertainty of each component synthesis, the expanded uncertainty of lead content was ultimately found out.The results showed that the major influential factors which resulted in the uncertainty of the measurement were caused by the uncertainty of the standard curve linear regression and measurement repeatability,by other factors brought uncertainty caused were secondary. The control on the standard curve should be strengthened to improve the accuracy of determination.
