Abstract
Considering the corn stalk cellulose hydrolysis process by cellulase, the temperature,pH,the amount of enzyme, the time of hydrolysis are studied for optimizing the process. According to the experimental results and production cost, the authors suggest that the optimum condition is at temperature of 50℃,pH of 4.8,enzyme concentration of 30u/ml and the hydrolysis time of 40 h.. Under the optimized condition the hydrolysis rate is highest,ca. 44%. The hydrolysis rate is further improved from 44% to 66% using a combined cellulases.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
