Abstract
Social harmony is the essential attribute of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,of which the benefits coordination is the essential request.The legal adjustment of benefits is the process to realize benefits coordination by the formulation and implementation of national law,the confirmation and balance of benefits and the solution of benefit conflict.The above adjustment must insist the clear and modest principles of rights-centeredness,overall consideration and benefit-sharing.
