The Adjustment of Benefits Relationship by Law and the Construction of the Harmonious Society

Abstract

The core of the harmonious society is the harmony of various benefits and the key demand of its construction is the balance of various benefits,while the balance of the realization of the distribution of relationship between justice and benefit is the basic value and function of the law.Therefore,in a process of the construction of the harmonious society,we must perfect the legal regulation and control mechanism based on the harmonious benefits in order to build up a society to be capable of solving the benefit contradictions and of easing the benefit conflicts and thus to realize the tendency of the balanced benefits.
