The New Evidence of the Potency-partition System for the Emperor and Queen in the Western Zhou Dynasty’s Bureaucracy Regime

The potency-partition system for the emperor and the queen was designed by Li Books of Pre-Qin period in Western Zhou central government organizations.The imperial government affairs officer grouped by men and the imperial affairs officer grouped by imperial concubines were respectively ruled by Zhou Emperor and Queen,who mainly controlled royal affairs at the Royal palm outside and inside.Some scholars constrained the character of Li Books when they researched the Western Zhou Dynasty’s bureaucracy system,either suspected or put aside.The inscription on ancient bronze objects and classical literature indicated that this system really existed in the political operating system in Western Zhou Dynasty,and there was unique era connotation.
