Abstract
A current reference circuit based on standard CMOS process is presented. With the introduction of band-gap configuration, the circuit can provide an output current with good temperature coefficient and excellent power supply rejection ability. When the power supply ranges from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and the temperature from-40℃ to 125℃,output current varies less than 2.6%.
