Analysis on the ecological vulnerability of Jilin Province based on ecological footprint

The viewpoint that applying the ecological footprint method to evaluate ecological frangibility was put forward,and Jilin Province's ecological footprint was calculated.Results showed that acreage of ecological footprint is 1.805975hm2/per capita,available acreage of ecological carrying capacity is 0.663971hm2/per capita,the former is 2.72 times that of the latter,it has strong vulnerability.The land demand of fossil fuel is 1.041998hm2/per capita,accounting for 57.7 percent of total demand,has exceeded all the ecological carrying capacity.The ecological footprint of mostly biologic expendable of town is 0.464208hm2/per capita,and the ecological footprint of main agricultural products of the country is 0.431932hm2/per capita,the former is slightly higher than the latter.Finally,the direction of further study of the ecological footprint analysis was summed up.
