Abstract
The constitution value is the public anticipated demand on the ideas of constitution contradictory movement. It is not the function, usage and assessment on constitution value. The basic element of constitution value is order, freedom and justice. The social justice is the general ideas with extensive connotations in the constitution value system, is the main yardstick in determining its content, is the general criteria in assessing constitution value and also the permanent theme in constitution value system.
