Justice implementation with practice ruling over doctrine——An analysis of the concept of justice in 1975's constitution

Constitution is the combination of all highest laws concerning a nation and its society. Carrying the most important value in the sense of juristic philosophy, justice can not be avoided in this combination. The way that how justice becomes a part of it, to a great degree, determines how much the value of juristic philosophy and the value of justice itself can be implemented. The particular way that justice stepped into the 1975's constitution made this constitution one of the standard constitutions in Rovenstein's term. In this constitution, justice was effectively explained by practice.
