Abstract

Under the complicated conditions of ethnic contradictions between Song and Yuan, the Mongolian rulers completed China's reunification. To consolidate the ruling in the Han areas,Mongol rulers had to resort to Confucianism and Chinese law.In order to preserve and extend the Confucianism and the need for their own survival, the Han Scholars under the rule of the Mongolian government have to depend on power. It is precisely because some of the Han Confucian Scholars found the power compatible bridges between the Mongolian and Chinese cultural conflicts according to the change-balancing idea of Confucianism that the Reason Studies in the Song became the official theory of Yuan dynasty.
